So the rumors were true indeed. Here is the cover of American Vogue with First Lady Michelle Obama on the cover by photographer Annie Leibovitz at the Hay-Adams Hotel during the presidential inauguration.  Obama is the second First Lady to be on the cover of Vogue. The first one was Hillary Rodham Clinton in December 1998, also by Leibovitz.
