Here’s a great and interesting infographic that everyone can benefit from: bad posture. Back problems are a common ailment in society today. Even at 21, I’ve had some terrible knots in my back between the shoulder blades. Perhaps it’s the stress our generation is going through, or 8am-4pm desk jobs; back pain is on the rise. According to this infographic, bad posture is the culprit.
I’ve been a cellist for a long time now, so I defiantly know my back pain stems from poor posture during rehearsals. However, I can at least find some relief from today’s infographic. Not only does it what list what creates bad posture, it also lays out some great tips on how to help improve it and alleviate pain. [via]
